On 6/9/26, I walked into McDonalds to pick up my online order. I immediately slipped and fell and was so confused as to what was happening. 2 male customers assisted me in getting up and seated me to a booth. I was given an incident form to fill out and was told I would be contacted. Meanwhile there was a female customer highly upset, as she got up from her booth and went to front counter. Order was taken wrong and the food came out un edible so much ketchup the wrapper was soaked through and the food wasn't what i ordered or what the crew member ordered for me what a mess never going back there
Over a ten minute wait for driver thru with one person ahead of us!
