Fabulous service and staff.
Last time ever going to mercersburg. They added 2.50 surcharge on a small milkshake that was not in a meal. Pretty much just said sorry HUN ,it's what we do. I said don't call me hun which Holly the manager did again. I told her listen I will post this on Facebook. I was a manager 40 years I definitely wouldn't have handled it like you did . Drive thru folks were nice but everyone stood Thier ground over 2.50. Bad business move. I almost tossed it in the parking lot but a very sick family member wanted the milkshake. Let me ... read more
Very friendly staff.
There's never any ketchup out. Always have to ask for packets. When they used to have the ketchup in a pump container, there were never any cups for it, you had to ask. Otherwise service is good. Food is good. Sometimes tables are all dirty and it's hard to find a clean one.
