Stopped by this McDonald’s this morning and placed a mobile order ahead of time since I was in a rush and needed to pick up quickly. The gentleman at the first window was great—fast, polite, and efficient. I even heard him clearly ask the team to make sure cream and sugar were added to my coffee, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it seemed the message didn’t reach the back because the employees were laughing and gossiping so loudly that I could hear them clearly from my car.
