Stopped at this McDonald’s and ordered a Quarter Pounder combo through the drive-thru. After paying, I waited an unusually long time before being told to pull ahead—then waited even longer. Eventually I went inside, where the kitchen crew was standing around, and I still had to wait in line just to ask about my order. They handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter. Pulled up to the drive-thru, they came across the speaker to take my order, when I started to order nobody responded, wouldn't have been so bad but two other cars pulled up after me and got their order taken and went on around so I left two thumbs down
