Do not go here if you are expecting normal wait for a hamburger. 11:30 on a Monday the line is not moving and finally to the window for a Quarter Pounder and I have to pull up. Enough time to write this and still waiting. Won't ever come back. Will go to Hardees
It's not everyday you receive great customer service from a fast food restaurant, especially McDonald's. On a road trip from TX to AL we stopped at the Newton location for a quick snack. It was early so we thought we would just get some fries to tie us over. To my surprise I was told hashbrowns was only available until lunch. Always check your bags before you get home because 9 times out of 10 they forget at least 1 thing if not more than 1. When I had to go inside to get something they didn't put into my bag through the window, I complained how my order was NEVER correct... saying thank goodness I know to check my bag before I get home and 'a manager' actually had the nerve to tell me "well, its your job to check your bags". What? Are you serious? I shouldn't have to check my bags because you people should care enough to get the customers orders... read more
