Food was great as always Mc Donald’s however their drive threw was not working correctly I kept seeing the other line orders and couldn’t make my order due to the other one popping up. I had to go inside.
Service was terrible. The guy at the counter literally stares at me not saying anything for a solid 5 minutes while they "fixed my order" he didn't even tell me what was happening it was super awkward. Then my food and another customer was mixed together. Worst McDonald's experience ever.
I walked into this McDonald's and ordered 2 cheeseburgers (luke warm) and a large unsweet tea to go. The guy who took my order, Mr. "no" personality, did not hand me my cup. I came back to the counter and said do I get my cups from you? No answer, he just handed me a large cup. I proceed back to the drink station to see that there was no tea there. Upon picking up our order, the cream had spilled over into the entire bag. I took it back into the inside and the manager on duty was very professional. She corrected the mistake, no fuss at all.
