Yes, it's just McDonald's food so it's quality is as expected. The high rating is for the calm and kind atmosphere the staff created. Their service was exceptional and I noticed this for both my family and for other's in the restaurant. Well done!
No free refills anymore. You suck McDonald's.
This store has become the poster child for the enshitification of McDonald's. Wait times are exceptionally long, for mediocre at best food. And the number of times I have tried to order something and been told, "sorry, we ran out of X" makes me wonder if headquarters is supplying this location with less inventory because of the poor quality of service. They've removed half the play place and more than half of the seating in the area to reduce the amount of time people spend in the store. It's no longer a fun place to go. Not... read more
