Honestly super disappointing… I love McDonald’s but the manager was so unprofessional and wouldn’t even tell me his name when I said I’d leave a review. Waited 20 min for my order at a pretty dead time! Super unprofessional….
Macdonalds Blenheim should hire younger managers and not middle age women who are Rude , burnt out, and not service friendly. The most miserable McDonalds managers I've met in Vancouver. Instead, give the management position to young workers who are more congenial, especially young makes Maybe your business would improve. Furthermore, their burritos use to be the best but now are thinly packed. The new design which eliminates showing the Baked goods like muffins and cookies has further destroyed the foodie atmosphere. It is the most awful branch I have ever bought food. I ordered many items and It was delivery order and they missed an item and when I called the branch they said that can't send me missing item I paid for something and actually i didn't get it I can't believe they don't even check the order before packing
