Jay Jay was very friendly and making good jokes with the customers. Was clearly working really hard behind the counter to get peoples food out quickly. Definitely enhanced our experience and we look forward to seeing him next time we’re back. Thank you for the ice cream Jay Jay

Food is served cold several times. Edit: July 21 5:45 pm, I paid nearly $7 for this burger. I politely showed the manager and he said ”ok, what’s wrong with it?”. I asked for either a refund or another different burger. He asked why? I showed the lady behind me if she would it eat it, she made a face and shook her head no. Finally he agreed to make a new burger, but he was too disgusted to touch that hamburger and made me throw it in the trash.

This location has a faulty grease trap in the parkade. On the first occasion I let the manager know and they seemed to be undertaking steps to correct it. Days later I returned to find nothing done. I told them again I almost slipped and fell and it was dangerous. I recommended they tape off the affected stalls for safety. Nothing. Days later I returned and it appeared it was cleaned up.
