Bad customer service
I had to wait a while for my hash browns and only got one when I ordered two. My steak, egg, and cheese bagel was 90% sauce. Almost $16 for breakfast should at least include everything ordered.
It's just McDonald's. Same quality they've always had. There's some tasty things on the menu, but you know they're horrible for you. McDonald's used to be the cheap option, now it's the same price as places with better ingredients. Dollar menu no more.
