Slowest mcdonald on the planet. Service is okayish they arent the worst but their attitude needs to improve drastically
Sign said Best Boss Jose "Josie" Reyes but the young black girl (tall and skinny) was the greatest employee we've seen at a McDonald's in quite a while! A bright welcoming greeting and smile! Help getting into the bathroom (door was locked but no one inside!). She thanked us for stopping and told us to have a blessed trip! I wish I would have gotten her name! It was today 8/5/25 about 645ish pm. Please give her the recognition she deserves.
Long story short, I waited so long at the speaker that I cancelled my mobile order and went inside just to wait another 30 minutes. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt so that I would know my order number and they basically said oh well so I had to guess which order was mine. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was fresh and the lady who handed me my food was nice.
McDonald's management really needs to acknowledge how horrible they have become. This specific one is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I could literally go across the street to huddle house, sit down, eat a full meal, and be out of there before your food is done at this McDonald's. I'm talking 20 minutes to even order, then 15-25 minutes to get your food that ends up being the wrong order. It's insane to me how they're still open
