I ordered the hotcakes with steak, 2 burritos 2 hash browns, and a sausage and egg McMuffin. I didn't receive any syrup or butter for the hotcakes, I only received one burrito and it had a hair on the outside of the tortilla, (any body would have seen it before wrapping it up) and it's almost impossible to complain through the app... I wish I could give negative 5 stars, thanks for ruining my morning McDonald's selma

I understand this is McDonald’s, but the level of service I experienced was unacceptable. The employee working the intercom was rude, dismissive, and told me “it’s not my issue” while rushing me to order. When I reported this to the manager, he simply smiled, showed no professionalism, and was equally rude. If this were my business, both the manager and the employee would be terminated immediately.

The manager Jozette was extremely rude and unprofessional. The drive thru was not working properly and the person taking the order just stopped half way through my order and cancelled the screen. After asking numerous times if anyone was there to take the order someone else came on and we had to start all over. Once at the window we were shoved bags and the window closed. Never seen a more dis functional fast food joint. Employees don’t know what they’re doing, managers on the same level. They’re so lost.
