I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to the manager, Marc. We had an issue with our DoorDash order, and he handled it quickly and professionally. Marc took the time to make sure everything was corrected properly, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making things right. He treated us with respect, kept a positive attitude, and made the whole situation stress-free.
