The level of incompetence here is staggering. The last two times they have gotten my order wrong.
Pésima atención al cliente ,,fui hoy y me dieron algo que no pedí,,al hacer el reclamo el personal se enojo y dijeron que la máquina del que frappé no funciona ,todo el tiempo pasa eso y le atienden de mala manera..uno de cliente va con su dinero a comprar no a pedir,todos tenemos errores Pero ellos al reclamar uno lo que hacen es enojarse y darle cosas que uno no quiere..no vuelvo a visitar este local .
I went to McDonald’s an hour ago and ordered fries and a cheeseburger. This was probably the worst experience I have had. The food is normally good but this time was SUPER disappointing! Cheeseburger was cold but beyond that I got a medium fry no salt and the fries were not hot or cooked at all! They were in fact SOGGY. Sick to my stomach
