I ordered my food at the kiosk in the restaurant, took a table marker triangle so that the food could be brought to me and sat down. I was wondering why my food was taking so long to prepare, so I went up to the counter where I saw my chicken nuggets getting cold and my sundae melting. The restaurant was empty except for a couple other customers eating at their table. What was the point of providing a table marker at the kiosk if they're not being heeded? An elaborate ruse, and one that ensures I won't be back.
Asked for no sausage tooo a bite and there was sausage they didn’t ask for a change the cashier doesn’t care about her job a lot of unprofessional no customer satisfaction
Lobby dirty, no straws, no napkins, drink station dirty, grease dirty & manager refused to change it & tried to convince me that my BURNT FOOD is supposed to look BURNT. LOL! McDonald’s has always been a joke but this location takes the cake! Understaffed , moving slow but laughing the entire time. Nothing funny about terrible food and a dirty atmosphere.
