They literally turned me away because they couldn't break a $50.... youre telling me you dont have $40 in change is absolutely absurd. LAZY incompetent workers. Still holding the claim to worst McDonald's in America. They also took my points. Thanks.
Well, the place definitely earns the “honor” of being one of the worst McDonald’s in America, perhaps even the world! It’s hard to find one redeeming quality about this place.
This McDonalds is the 4th worst according to reviews in the US, which is a lie. It is easily the worst. Takes 20+ mins regardless of number of other customers, customer service is always exceptionally terrible.
The way they understaff this location is criminal. It should be considered elder abuse. These poor women are subject to being verbally abused on a daily basis due to the long wait times and lack of help. I just watched a man try to walk behind the counter and call them awful names. The building is freezing cold on a 60 degree day. This is the most trash establishment in St. Clair Shores. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.
