Ordered through the app, and paid within 5 minutes. I then proceeded to wait in the pull ahead lane for 25 minutes. In fact, I’m still waiting. I’ve watched the car in front of me get their food, as well as 3 cars behind me, while they’re having almost everyone from the drive through line park at their 5 curbside lines. I just got my food and and the very least, my order was right and the food was hot. That’s why they’re not getting a 1 star. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Lady who took order at drive thru was impatient & rude. Your sole job is to take orders over a speaker, if this perturbs you that much, just stay home. Was asked to pull forward with no one behind me. Asked for hot mustard got two different sauces, neither hot mustard. When I called them out, they said “We out”. Incompetence at its finest. Burger & nuggets were cold, half the small fries were missing. Just a reminder to myself to go to another McDonalds. Drive thru window was as filthy as drive thru ladies attitude.
Ask for my food to be fresh and was not i even said I would wait and the soda tastes funny took it back and got different flavor it also tasted funny so it had to be the machine and the price you pay for fast food it should be better!
I am so upset about the experience I just had. I have never had a good experience at this place to be fair but it was especially bad today. After paying almost $20 for mine and my kids food, we were told to pull up. As we sat there waiting we saw person after person getting their food, and I said okay- no worries we must have something that they were completely out of. 40 minutes later!!!
