The service is getting better. The restaurant can't be responsible for the quality of McDonald's food. McDonald's has changed so much to maximize it's profits. They changed the meat that got them over a billion hamburgers served.
They did the right thing!
It's a really bad sign when your men's restroom smells terrible, someone missed the toilet if you know what I mean. With about 5-10 flys hovering around the toilet, the drive through is fine but do not enter in my opinion.
They told me my payment did not go through. Asked for my card. After they took it I checked my bank account and said it went through dont charge it. They did it anyway. I called back today when I saw the charges and told them what happen. They put me on hold never came back then they would not answer the phone and would pick it up and hang up. Clowns
Came here at about 10am on July 27th. Ordered my usual sausage egg McMuffin. Got not egg in the sandwich so I complained (politely) to a worker and they told me to pull up past the drive thru window. I'm greeted by another employee that was very rude and confrontational. She refused to to offer me any sort of refund or another sandwich, because I already started eating it.
