They get the order wrong and even if you catch it at the window it's still to difficult for them to fix. For the price these days, just go to a sit down restaurant. Same price often much better food and service.
Never ever put teenager at the front she makes free confrontation with customer for a small thing. People asking just where my order she jumping all over to irritate the client. By purpose making the customer order the last one. I was witnessed what kind of provocation they wanna do to customer our at the front someone adults knows how to talk to customer and deescalate any issues. While this isn’t the worst McDonalds I have been to it’s still not great. I have been here a couple times and one of those times I was dragged here by my girlfriend who was on a quest for the grimace shake. It’s really small and not very well laid out. It’s not super easy to get into the parking lot by car and even then there’s not much in the way of parking.
