I have stopped in the last two days and have asked for sprite to drink, apparently it has been without the syrup for those days because I have recieved carbonated water both times. I tried to call and let them know. The message is we are too busy to answer the phone. Once is bad, twice is unforgivable. Bye McDonald's location!

It’s a McDonald’s, I’m not looking for 5 star service, but I’m also not looking for someone to have an attitude with me the minute I pull up to the order. When I expressed that the woman answering the orders in drive thru was rude as hell, the guy shut the window on me 😂 if the woman hates her job that much, get a new one.
