Why in a drive through do you have to wait for 2 hamburgers for 15 mins. Isn’t that the point of a drive through
Food was awful. Fries were cold, chicken undercooked and soggy at that. The staff doesn't make sure you're aware your food is there, they just holler and leave it there to get cold or stolen or whatever. They didnt speak to us at all. My daughter is 5 and had to walk up to request her cup after realizing it was missing. Ordering on the app seems to have everyone in the customer service industry far too used to passing the food and not interacting at all. went in there at 10pm two hours before closing time and they just threw my food in the bag like it was 10 minutes before closing so upset.
