I visited this McDonald’s at around 9:11 AM today, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Cappuccino and a Green Tea from the self-ordering machine, but the machine was broken, so it didn’t print my order number. Several customers were standing around the counter confused, waiting for their orders. The whole area was chaotic.
