Deplorable! It took forever to get our order out - 30 minutes for a Big Mac, three large fries and a sweet tea. The Big Mac came with a burnt burger and was missing the second burger. This place needs some serious help.
Always a long wait.
This is the worst McDonald’s experience I have had and I believe I speak for everyone else who has ever visited this location. Service is unbearably slow and the food is often overcooked and/or cold when you do finally get it an hour later. If you’re reading this, please don’t waste your time trying to go to this location, it’s worth driving the extra distance to the one on hwy 72.
Drive thru is terrible! They only serviced the inner lane, then got to the customers in the outer lane waiting 20+ minutes!!!! They've been rude to me and my wife before. This was the last chance we were going to give them but they made us wait for a long time, and probably would have told us we missed breakfast (got there at 10:10 this morning. I dont know if its poor management or poor standards but I'm going to the other McDonald's in Athens from now on. Such a disappointment and frustrating store to go to.
