They missed the mark hard tonight. No cars in the drive through, and I sat there waiting. Another car pulled into the other lane and they began taking their order. I spoke up and then they took my order. Asked for a crispy chicken deluxe and a latte. Latte machine is down. Got just the sandwich. Go to pay, and he's on his phone. Go to get my sandwich and it's the Spicy version. Wrong sandwich. I said it's fine because they didn't offer to redo it.
