Really kind and supportive staff. I had an issue with the transaction. Both Suman and Nobal handled the situation with lots of patience. They were really supportive. Special mention to Nobal, she is really generous with customer service.
Ordered a meal with a drink and got putting waiting at counter for over 5 mins with food getting cold, someone told me it’s coming when I asked but nobody’s making the drink, instead, 5 employees came out and chat with their friend. Very poor service, manager needs to do a better job.
Waited over 10 minutes for the accessible washroom and eventually another customer took pity and asked staff on my behalf. Turns out staff keep it locked and you need to ask for a key. Disability doesn't make me telepathic, but a simple sign would have avoided the problems. Disgusted
