Ordered through the drive-thru and didn’t realize items were missing until I had already driven away. That defeats the whole purpose of drive-thru convenience. Double-checking orders is basic, and this shouldn’t happen. Very disappointing experience and not something I expect when paying full price.
I order here when I don't have time to eat at home, but the service can be quite long, although there can be quite a few people. The food is prepared in an open kitchen, so you can see a little bit how your burgers and other dishes are prepared for you. But they cook everything without gloves, so it's certainly good that you wash your hands, use antiseptics, but it would be good if the staff prepared food in gloves.
