I am really disappointed about the customer service. I got a wrong order, a junior chicken instead of a spicy Mac crispy from this Macdonald, so called them to resolve this issue. But the customer service is so disrespectful and rude, first she said that they do not do their own delivery service but I literally got my order from McDonald app delivery. Then she accused me of being fake even when I keep on trying to tell my side of the story. How can someone be so disrespectful and rude to their customer.

It's horrible dirty. Bunch of unoccupied tables but you don't want to take them because of the mess. The tables need to be cleaned, the washroom is not maintained properly. It feels like you are in 3d world country. Newer coming back to this Macdonalds
