I asked for ketchup cus I got 2 fries with my order and I wanted to eat outside, I politely asked for 6 ketchup packets but got non like why papi.
The manager was not considerate to satisfy us with our order. A simple request that it can be done but The Manager failed to do so.
We are passing through here, stopped in to eat after a long journey. Not only did they bring the wrong order, they put the wrong sauces, although this was important for us. We ordered food to go and both orders were brought on a tray. After we asked to pack the order, since the check indicated takeaway, they simply gave us a bag, like you will pack it yourself.
