In the drive thru they charged me for the wrong order. I ordered a McChicken, but they rang up a 10-piece nuggets instead. When I saw my credit card bill, they only refunded the nuggets, not the rest of the order. The manager’s apology felt rushed and following a script. I was offered a free sandwich, but I’d rather they fix their service, this drive-through clearly has ongoing issues. McDonald’s still owes me the balance. Please advise how I can get it? If I drive back, I’ll spend that much on gas. What would you do?

I've been coming regularly in the mornings temporarily because of work. There's this one staff I see regularly who comes off quite rude. I don't believe it's her intention but she doesn't have a nice tone to her voice or says anything like thank you or have a nice day. When it's busy she is calling out for people's orders very loudly or in a high pitch and it's very unplesant, especially being so early in the morning.
