I recently ordered a Double Quarter BLT, expecting a classic burger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Instead, what we received was just two patties and a slice of cheese — nothing close to what a BLT should be. When we asked the staff about it, the response was disappointing. The person at the counter didn’t even know what BLT stands for and insisted that “this is how we make it.” To make matters worse, the staff member preparing the burger didn’t wear any gloves, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. ... read more
