We had a disappointing experience at McDonald's in Thomasville this afternoon around 1:15 PM. We used the drive-through and waited an excessive 13 minutes, even though the line was barely moving and not particularly busy. I would have only given one star for service due to the overall experience being slow and the fact that the first person at the window did not verbally acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Had to say multiple times what we wanted and then they couldn’t even get it right,no one working at front so you can’t even get anyone’s attention.
