It's been a long time that I have enjoyed a mcdonalds meal. Sandwiches are thrown together and fries are rarely hot. Employees are not happy to be there and it's obvious.
This was the dirtiest McDs I've ever been to. Trash over flowing, water slip hazard on the floor, had to walk through urine to use the facilities (after driving 3 hrs, I had no choice, or I wouldn't have). Sink filthy, after ordering the kiosk didn't give a receipt & I told the older guy sitting by the register & he said yeah it's been broken for a while now 😳 This location is a train wreck lawsuit waiting to happen!
Waited 30 mins, order sat as they forgot to bring it to us for 10 mins, fries were cold, burgers were damp, gave me the wrong lid for my coffee and no straw, when it spilled due to lid they disrespectfully told me to wait for them to clean it up and they did not give me a new coffee. 15 people waiting in the lobby all while a old man at the register is making small talk with his friends instead of clearing the line.
