I just spoke with a McDonald’s crew member who abruptly hung up on me. The interaction was rude and unprofessional, and I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided. At 5:45 pm June 13 2026
The staff is polite food is mid but manager is very rude and dirty. When the manager asked me a question i said what and he said tgat tgat is rude and impolite to say what instead of excuse me which i agree with but i was still polite he wasn’t. He threatened to kick me out because of that. When the manager was hanging the posters on the window he didn’t take his shoes off he stepped on to the seat and didn’t even clean up. And he also treated me like i was some a pig. And all of that just because of one person
