Extremely rude and unprofessional female manager who was too ignorant to come to the counter and assist me with my sandwich complaint. Instead she stood with her back to me while instructing all her employees to also ignore me and not to remake my sandwich or even give me my receipt. When I told her I was reporting her to Corporate, she began threatening me yelling Im a bad customer who didnt deserve a free sandwich. I was in disbelief.
