Without a doubt, this was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there's no excuse for such poor service and such a disappointing meal. The first issue was the ridiculously long wait. We spent what felt like forever waiting for our order while customers who arrived after us were already eating. The soda machine available to customers was broken and when I went to ask one of the employees if I can get a refill, they refused and we’re very rude. there was also a gentleman smoking a cigarette inside the building for a couple of minutes in the employees did nothing to stop him.
