Absolutely unacceptable experience. This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Staff were clearly manipulating the system by marking 5-6 orders (including mine) as “serving now” when the food wasn’t ready at all. I still had to wait another 10 minutes after it was supposedly ready. This is misleading and feels intentionally dishonest just to hit their service metrics. Always found a layout of this McDonald's quite odd to be honest not sure why I feel that way but I do as for the food it's McDonald's enough said
