What is the point of doing a mobile order if every time you go, the order isn't ready and they have you pull into one of the reserve drive-thru stalls. Isn't the point of doing a mobile order so your food is ready when you get there? They're not busy at all like three cars in the Drive-Thru and they can't be busy inside because half the parking lot is torn up it's literally 12:05. They should be geared up for the lunch rush and I still waited 7 minutes for my food
Ordered an ice coffee at the drive thru. I got to the pay window waiting to pay until a woman manager threw the headset at a coworker while screaming and cussing. This all happened while I was waiting to pay and the window was open. I drove away after that. . . I just wanted a coffee. Not worth that drama
Hello everyone. I hope you are having a good day. I am in a hurry to share with you some useful information. Today, March 4, I made an order at this McDonald's. The service is terrible. No one has ever spoken to me like that. I have never seen or heard such rudeness. And despite the fact that I spoke with the manager, the situation has not changed at all... It's very sad that there is such terrible service here.
