The sweetest lady at the drive thru! So positive and said her day was “magnificent and marvelous” what a great way to start the day! I will be back :)
Very disappointed but not with the employees. Gal at the window was a sweetheart. Actually both windows. Went through the drive thru. Ordered one lg soda and one plain biscuit. Was asked to pull over to wait on biscuits to come out of oven. Waited almost 20min while numerous cars went through and received their food. I finally had to walk in and ask for the biscuit. The lady parked beside me had to walk in to get her order as well. 😡.
Waited on a door dash order for over 30 minutes.. the employee finally came to the front desk and told me they were short staffed and had customers in drive thru wrapped around the building so they were going to get their orders out first so I went ahead and cancelled the dash order. The girl working was doing her best, trying to get them to move quickly and encouraging her employees but sadly, one person can't get the job done and there is always an issue at this McDonald's, by looking at the reviews I'm not the only one wh... read more
