Very bad service, apparently the cashier Mary had a bad day, and she expresses it to her customers
This review is about lack of managerial guidance on cleaning. Twice I have told the cleaning person that the top of the ladder is not intended as a step. Told there exists no guidance on ladder safety. Today a person was cleaning windows while I ate my meals. Dirty water was dripping and being flung downward by squeegee. This place has been our stop on our trips to the coast and home for years but this is the second time in a row that we were served terrible food. The chicken in the wraps were very small and chewy like they had been cooked half a day ago, The fries were soggy and old, and the Cokes were all carbonated water. We will be finding a new stop from now on.
