They were so slow and inattentive to those waiting to order at the registers. Wasn’t kind or patient to an older gentlemen trying to order a black coffee. I know there’s the kiosks to order at but there’s those of the older generation who struggle. They need to be more attentive and kind!
Unable to process 2 mobile app orders in the drive thru. Unable to add to existing mobile order. Standard policy. Not very accommodating for 2 different people ordering in the same vehicle. Order taker was nice
