Staff can't remember to write down your refund or food they FORGOT to give you and they treat you like an idiot when you come to get it AS THEY TOLD ME TO DO!!! Day crew is great! Night crew...rude and could care less about customer experience!! I don't have the time or a NEED to LIE about a flippin BIG MAC!!!(left out of my bag) rant over!!! GO TO RAINBOW DR. OR ATTALLA! Least they are respectful.
good food, good service, great prices.
i found the managers and crew very rude and unprofesional. the food was not hot and made very sloppy. and to hear cus words in a family oriented store is very alarming. this is why the only store i will visit in this area will be the one in southside on hwy.77.
