Got a vanilla coffee this morning, and there were two dead flies in my drink. Not a fan of fly flavored coffee…
Fire Trentin. He’s way too slow and dead bc I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 4 times for him to hear me saying I want a coke. I was already pissed off and he just made it worse. #firetrentinodeen
Me and my best friend came in to get lunch I told the cashier that I wanted a special drink I told her I wanted a large mocha iced coffee and we both ordered meals she didn’t put down the meals and she gave me a small mocha iced coffee without ice we had to reorder fries so we could have our full meals
It takes quite a lot for me to write a bad review because I get that people have bad days and can get flustered and overwhelmed every now and then but I’m still a little baffled by the horrific customer service from the young woman handing me my drinks and food.. I really don’t understand how the people handing the food to the customers does not know if they have given them everything or not? This is far from the first time this has happened here but to be treated like I’m the ignorant one when I spent about $50 and was lite... read more
