had already paid for a meal to pickup through the app. went to pickup and the workers just straight up ignored everyone in the drive through for over 25 minutes until the 3 cars in front of me and then eventually myself just gave up and left. even tried pulling up to the window in case the drive through speakers were broken and the workers just pretended no one was there. no "be with you in a minute", nothing, they just flat out ignored everyone. this was at 7:30 pm and the most surreal thing
