I can see why this McDonald’s has such a low rating. This particular location is subpar in comparison to the rest in town and it’s due to their employees and lack customer service and support from management. It’s appalling that you would have an employee still employed while almost assaulting a guest and her son and that took being restrained by her manager, to add insult to injury having another manager that doesn’t know the basic ettiequte for customer satisfaction and relations and whom I assume is the senior manager as ... read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would, especially to Daniella with her poor customer service.
Had to come back and have order remade the way I ordered and Ada the manager was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks Ada for being a wonderful manager!
