Refused to be told ingredients at the drive trough dispute me saying I have an allergy. Guy told me it was policy. When I got to the window after ordering something I was comfortable, I politely just told him he should escalate that policy to be reviewed because it was in violation of ADA guidance. He responded with a chuckle and told me he didn’t think allergies were a protected class. They also forgot my girlfriend’s fries.
Picking up mobile order i drove 20 minutes to get and they made me park and wait. When I pulled up, there was no one in line. Then I had to go in a grab my own straws. I asked the person that brought me my food and he just walked away.
