I had a disappointing experience while picking up a DoorDash order at this McDonald’s location. I went through the drive-thru to collect a DoorDash order, something I have done many times before without any issues. I provided the order’s verification code when requested, but the employee asked me to repeat the long code a second time. I politely asked if it would be easier for me to pull up to the window and show the code instead, but the response I received was rude and dismissive. There was the sweetest older gentleman that made my night 10/10 service was amazing
Floors greasy, slippery and sticky. 20 minutes to get food when they weren’t busy and had to go ask for it to get it because they forgot to bring it out. Didn’t ring up a meal for me so I did not get fries or a drink. Wanted to ring me up for a separate fry and drink for an extra $7! Other upset customers as well that were dining in that were waiting forever for their orders with these incompetent workers who have no idea how to press a button on a register. Pathetic
New gm sucks og staff leaving wouldn’t bother with this location for a bit yw in advance folks
