The only issue I found was that the floors and tables and seats were not wiped down or cleaned. They had food all over them.

20 minutes for 2 egg mcmuffins? No thanks. Would have helped a bit if the staff set that expectation prior to ordering. I had work to get to. I went to this fast food restaurant because I had a reasonable expectation to get food somewhat fast (ie. In less than 15 minutes). You failed at the one thing you were supposed to be good at, and none of your staff were the least bit apologetic about it.
Ordered lunch through the mobile app. When the order was delivered it was missing a few items. The bag was sealed and delivered perfectly by the dasher, the restaurant did not send the full order. When looking on the app for a solution, it says call the restaurant. When I called I received no help. The response I was told was "I dont know what we can do about it".
