I asked for a made to order HOT 🍟 and was given luke warm fries. Not very good at that. If they told me they were unwilling to give me his fries, I just wouldn't have ordered and been happier than given something I didn't want

this mcdonald’s has been steadily going downhill for years and it’s finally at a point where i won’t go back. my order is wrong every time, and the food is usually cold/stale tasting lately. last time i went i waited 45 mins for my drive thru order. when i finally got it, it was someone else’s order. never going back to this location. hopefully they’ll close soon and make room for an actual decent restaurant.

This is definitely a “that’s not my job” environment. No one wanted to help when there was a kiosk issue. Every person had some excuse as to why they couldn’t help him when the employee I asked for help wasn’t knowledgeable. Two minutes later they made time to stand around or play games in the lobby. Not impressed- and I never did get the points. The bright side — food was amazing.

Every time we go here we get horrible service. This time my husband ordered the chicken nuggets as a meal, the person put in as just the nuggets, yet he still got his large drink but no fry. The time before we waited over 30 minutes on dine in food when it wasn’t busy. When we did get our food we had items we didn’t even order. The inside is dirty and the employees have no customer service.
