Absolutely terrible! Went inside to place a to go order and they didn't even know how to take cash. Terrible service. It was very dirty inside. The trashcan was overflowing onto the floor. Bathroom was disgusting. 🤢 GO TO BURGER KING!!
Went through drive thru for breakfast and ordered unsweetened tea. As I exited onto street I tasted the drink and it was sweet. this is a problem for a diabetic. I circled around and went back to the window and asked for unsweetened tea explaining what happened. Was driving out of Urbana and they did it again! I went through the drive through and asked for a caramel latte with extra caramel drizzle, i even specified that i would like “a crazy amount of caramel” i paid for extra caramel. i get to the window and there is no drizzle at all. i asked nicely if they could put the extra caramel drizzle. she said “i already put 2 extra pumps of caramel” i told her i didnt want extra flavoring and she took the coffee and lightly drizzled the top. i was a little frustrated but calmly asked if i could have a little more. she said no! i’m not... read more
