25 mins in line for a beverage. When I finally got to second window, I could see it sitting there, waiting. The girl makes eye contact, goes to help make a mixed drink, comes back, looks threw bags, goes way again then finally opens the window to hand me someone else's food. Nope just the drink. They pretty much only care for themselves and when you're right in front of them. Any other time they do the most minimalistic bull. Don't even try and order online, you won't get anything special you add or remove, they dont read the orders. Half the time my foods cold or not salted anyways.

Even though this store was so busy and understaffed, and even out of hashbrowns today, the workers were still very polite and courteous and continuously getting food out. I always have a good experience here!
