Went in to get some food around 5am. While waiting to order one of the employees was cursing and speaking badly about one of the managers in there. Completely disrespectful and honestly not a good experience going inside to order food. I have had multiple bad experiences with said employee. Constantly has a bad attitude. We came through Urbana around midnight with a horse trailer and knew they’re inside was going to be closed, but we could not fit through the drive through. I called and asked if there was any way I could place a mobile order and come get it at the door or window, and they allowed me to, and were so nice about it! My food was hot and fresh as well. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! I tried to use mcd voice but could not figure it out since I placed a mobile order
