Waited over 45 minutes for my food! and i couldn’t cancel because they “started preparing my order” No apology or anything. Horrible service.
Tony the manager is very rude
Very dirty.
No ice in either machine, food took awhile, tables were dirty, customer service wasn't very welcoming.
How the mighty have fallen. How can the fast food restaurant that started fast food become the absolute slowest in the business. Not a one time thing. So much so that Wendy’s is now my kids go to. The kids even say let’s go somewhere else. There to slow. I would spend 30mins waiting in a line
