O STARS Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. IF I COULD DO ALL ZERO STARS I WOULD. My fries were rock hard, cold, and only half-filled. I brought it to the store manager’s attention and politely asked if they could remake them, but she refused. What made the situation worse was the manager’s rude and dismissive attitude.
