Overpriced, long wait time in lobby most of the time you wait 19 minutes before anyone notices your there to order or pick up..
Oof, order a Big Mac and they forgot most of it. I only got one burger and no pickles, no sauce, lettuce on the bottom. It was funny till nobody wanted to drive back, and nobody answered the phone.
Small town McDonald’s has a lot of regulars that you’re about to lose. I would rethink the new manager Joshua. If he can’t handle someone being polite with an issue, I can’t imagine what he’s about to do to this store or how he treats his staff. Rolling his eyes in response to a polite customer is WILD. I don’t care if my order is incorrect, things happen. I wasn’t upset at all walking in and your manager had me walking out of there calling corporate. I won’t be back here until you get rid of him.
Just wanted to shoutout the young lady at the drive thru who took my order and the lady that handed me my order. Both had spot on customer service! Thank you!
