At 11am cold fries. Then took several minutes for hot fries. Now burgers are cold. Was told I had to wait for the fries took cook that it was protocol. Hope it is protocol to serve cooked fries.
10 min wait in drive thru for some cold fries , asked for some new ones they were still not hot nor salted the 2nd go around . 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I just left this location and everything was amazing and freshhhhhhhhh!!!!
Went through the drive through window and those people are not very bright, they lost my order from the ordering voice box to the first window and had to redo the whole thing, then I had to wait almost 25mins for our order and all we got was frappes and fries. It was ridiculous!
