This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order on the mobile app and pulled into the drive-thru lane. I gave the staff my order number, and they told me to proceed to the second window. When I got there, they said they couldn’t locate my order and made me go back to the end of the line to requeue. I waited in line a second time, and they asked me to pay again. No one around a 0 star for customer service. They seem to be very limited staff. I was standing for 15 mins waiting for my order i didn't see anyone for the whole 15 mins.
My sweet server Marelyn was v kind & patient with me she helped me locate my choice of FIFA happy meal toy -BARELLA 🤩🩷 i am gonna visit again!!!
