Worst manager ever they take my whole sandwich in a bag don’t offer me a refund don’t offer to replace the meal nothing out $20 on two sandwiches that you kept but didn’t give me my money back
Do not ask people for their rewards code then get mad at them when they question why their total didn't go down. Telling the customer that there's nothing I can do I don't know what to tell you is rude. If you know the reward system is down maybe don't start every order with asking them if they'll be using your reward system then pretending like it worked.
Ordered my brothers McCrispies and the sweet lady put our order in correct, we got our food and they gave him snackwraps, no big deal we can just let them know so they can re make it, they then blamed the woman that took our order saying that they'll take it out of her pay and she did it wrong. The sweet lady then came to us with our receipt and she was correct! A little upsetting to see how she was treated.
