If the Frappe machine wasn't "down" so often shit would be different.
No napkins or straws in lobby. Only order on kiosk. Strange. Half the time the inside is locked up and drive thru line is wrapped around whole parking lot.

Took 20 minutes or more for them to get my food made. I went through drive thru and they told me to pull up to the railing. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes or more when they werent busy at all. All I ordered was a quarter pounder and 2 double cheeseburgers. It honestly doesnt take that long to make any of that as ive worked at McDonald's before. I love coming to this McDonalds in the mornings. They always have the best customer service..One lady always has a beautiful smile and personality early in the morning(that's rare these days). they will park you quick though ...lol
