So, I hate to leave a bad review, but I tried calling the quincy branch. I'm a firm believer that you can't fix issues without knowing, but when no one will answer the phone the review is now online. I went through the drive through on 5/11 at about 0745 am. I witnessed the guy filling the ice bin at the drive through window setting the ice bucket on the floor then once the bin was filled to the top, he took the bucket bottom and tapped the fresh ice down using the bucket that touched the floor. By far the worst and slowest service.kiosk’s have made employees extremely lazy on consumer service, No one comes to the counter anymore and they still take forever to bring orders out. Min wait for a sandwich is 30-45 min with 2 orders in front.
