I've been going to this location for several years and never had a problem until recently, now if they are busy your mobile will be cancelled, you will be charged on your card and have to wait days to get a refund, not sure what happened to this store but they lost me as a customer.
Food is what you expect at McDonald's. Personnel are mostly friendly, but frequently get orders wrong and often park you for the simplest of things to get better served times. Unfortunately that turns into at least 10-20 more minutes every time they do it.
I've been going to this location for several years and never had a problem, the staff is always nice and the food fresh, at peak times I might have to pull up for an order but that's expected if you want it freshly made, best location in this area.
