extremely rude, no actual customer service, they said me quietly tapping my fingers on the counter while waiting wasn’t allowed and the place is dirty
absolutely horrible customer service, the workers are extremely rude and can’t even make a coffee right and they take their personal misery out on customers. the place is also nasty.
got mad because i was “rushing them” but i literally just asked them to get my drink correct this time because they made it wrong after i told them 3 times they were about to make it wrong and they still did and then told me i was being rude and could leave
