I never leave bad reviews, but this was genuinely the worst service experience I’ve had in my entire life
Ordered on the app went to pick up at 9:50pm manager said they closed then close your app system so I don't have to wait 3 days for a refund
This place would win an olympic gold medal in screwing up your order. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Food is fine. MCDHQ needs to really fix this place.
If only I could give them -10! Even I order ahead I'm always waiting therefore my best bet is curbside. (The runners are the only employees that are a delight) My food is rarely fresh and if you order any drink that isn't a soda or more than 1 meal be ready to pull forward and wait! I'm lucky if my order is correct. Don't bother with management,they could care less. Boo!!!!! 🤬🤬
